Great photography is the key to drawing potential buyers to your home. One of my preferred photographers will capture 35 HDR photographs and a video tour that will beautifully showcase your home. Prior to photography, my stager will return to your home to make sure that it is "ready for its close-up".
100 just listed cards are mailed to your surrounding neighborhoods. Many times neighbors have friends searching for home in their neighborhood.
A custom full color 4-page property brochure will be professionally produced and available for buyers to take with them. It will also be laminated and on display with the for sale sign to entice potential buyers to want to see more.
Your listing will be introduced via an email flyer to 2,000+ area agents.
Your home will be introduced to the brokerage community prior to becoming an "active" listing on the MLS.
Together we will plan for neighborhood open houses. Generally the first week on the market is preferable.
No other housing website receives more traffic than Realtor.com. Every one of my listings will be "showcase enhanced" with full photos when a potential buyer is searching for homes yours will stand out.
At the beginning of each week of your home being on the market you will receive market activity updates from me, as well as feedback from recent showings.
